I'm translating Class 5 Specifications in Italian.

On this point:

S7. The sail may be modified by a device as follows :
1. Cunningham hole
2. Foot tensioner
3. Kicking strap
4. Batten tensioner line or leach line.

What's a kicking strap? Is it the same for vang? Pics appreciated

Yes , I thing a kicking strap / Kicker / is the same as a vang.
